Changzhou Qiutianbao Garment Co.,Ltd is located in Jiangsu Changzhou. QTB was established in Sept,18th,2003 the area of structure over 24000 square meters. Our enterprise major in imp&exp, manufacture, sales, service we are professional in manufacturing knit babies wear, swimwear, jackets, T-shirt, active wear and so on. All products are exported to overseas such as USA, Europe, Canada, Australia and other countries and regions. Its annual output of garments was over 30 millions pieces.Currently our company set 10 functional management departments, one cutting room, four sewing workshops and one organic cottonfast customized workshop. There are about 100 management people and more than 1000 employees.Our company has abundant technology skills, our sampling room fully adopt Boke CAD and PGM12 system to make patterns. Cutting room use two automatic cutting machines and three automatic spreaders. Our sewing workshops have six intelligent hanging sewing systems and more than 700 sets automatic cutting thread sewing machines. Through the above advanced production equipments to instead of the operating people which improved 50 efficiency. They can automatic collect data and fast reflect workers outputs, production quality which will lead to better sewing management and make our workshop 0 products backlog and the environment more tidy.Since 2015, we reconstructed fast customized workshop and adopt advanced system to manage workmanship in order to catch the trend of marketing and follow the times development. From customer place order, make pattern, warehouse distribute materials, cutting, sewing, ironing, finishing and final shipping, we reached to the level which called seven-days private customized.In this case, our company has passed several audits like WRAP, Target, Wal-Mart, Gymboree, Costco, Disney, JCPenney and so on. Also we got quality management authentication of ISO90012015 and higher standard GOTS4.0(organic cotton)authentication.QTB became a more vitality, more expansible, more harmonious enterprise which through ten years construction and development.
