INTRODUCTION
|
Imperial Group established its Head Office in Hong Kong in 1991 under the original name Rich Chance International Ltd. At the outset, we engaged in both trading and manufacturing of textiles and apparel across Hong Kong, Cambodia, and China. During that time, exporting to the U.S. required import quotas, particularly for sleepwear.After the U.S. import quota system was phased out around the year 2000, we shifted our production focus to China. Back then, most production factories were state-owned. To gain better control over quality, we established our first in-house sample room in 2002. Reflecting the core nature of our business, the company was renamed Rich Chance Textile & Apparel Ltd., and we launched our wholly-owned factory in Suzhou, ChinaImperial Textile & Apparel Mfg Ltd.with around 100 workers.We also formed a joint venture with TAIAN XUELONG Apparel Mfg Ltd. in Shandong, employing approximately 120 workers. In addition, our factory Zhang Jia Gang Hongrun Technical Garment Ltd. specializes in various types of sweater knitwear and operates with about 50 workers. Collectively, our annual production capacity reaches approximately 3 million units.On May 1st, 2020, Rich Chance Textile & Apparel Ltd. officially merged with Imperial Textile & Apparel Mfg Ltd., allowing us to optimize resources, reduce costs and lead times, and enhance service quality for our customers and partners.Over the past 30 years, we have built solid partnerships with many U.S. retailers and brands, includingJC Penney, Target, HUE Apparel, Sams Club, Ross Stores, Costco, Jaclyn Apparel, St. Eve (merged with Carole Hochman), Carole Hochman (merged with Komar), Komar (brands include iRelax, Jane & Bleeker, Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, Lucky Brand, Oscar Pink, Betsey Johnson, Regency Loews Hotel, MGM Hotel, Kohls, SAKS, TJ Maxx, Big Robe Buy, Tommy Bahama, etc.), Natori, Josie, Naked Brand Group, Dana Co., Peach John, Blooming, and Casual Moments.Our production specialties cover a wide range of products in both knitted and woven categories, includingBathrobes, loungewear, pajamas, shirts, pants, panties, jackets, lingerie, socks, slippers, and all types of nightwear and sleepwear, Full-fashion sweater knits in marshmallow, chenille, and jacquard patterns.We also supply trimmings and accessories such as twill tapes, elastics, buttons, and zippers to markets like the Philippines, and produce a variety of uniforms for Mercedes-Benz.In 2017, we expanded our operations to Australia by establishing a wholesale and import business in Melbourne, aiming to develop and grow our presence in the Australian market.We warmly welcome customers and partners to visit our facilities in China and invite you to send us your designs for sourcing and development.
